All Personal Training options come with gym membership

Why my Personal Training packages come with unlimited gym membership is simple. Achieving your goals requires more than just one or two sessions a week. Since Personal Training is an investment, it’s essential to put in the effort outside those sessions. Not only is this cost-effective, but it also empowers you to gain knowledge and confidence to train independently.

I do offer packages for busy individuals that focus only on sessions with me. However, the reality is that most clients choose to have PT sessions once or twice a week. That’s where my app comes in handy, reminding you of your independent sessions with a planner right on your phone. I genuinely want you to succeed; I want you to feel confident and assured that what I programmed for you contributing to your goals—whether that’s losing weight, reclaiming health, or simply feeling great in a swimsuit on the beach.

I am open to negotiating how frequently you come to the gym, whether it’s for training sessions with me or for independent workouts with consideration on your other activities, such as sports, cycling, or running. However, if you plan to train with me just once a week and that is your only activity you will do in the week, based on my experience, this might not be the best use of your time and money. Your success is my success, and I want to ensure that we set ourselves up for success rather than failure. Working together to find the most efficient ways to achieve your goals in a key.

Rest assured, you won’t be thrown in at the deep end. Your initial weeks will be spent with me by your side, gradually building your confidence to train also outside PT sessions. And just like that, you’ll find yourself capable of hitting the gym independently. Whatever Personal Training package you choose, it includes a gym membership for you to utilize as much as you want. It’s a win-win.

Many of my clients have chosen to reduce their training frequency over time, moving from three times a week to once a week, as they gain confidence and learn to train independently. I view it as a success. I can continue to support your growth while welcoming new clients. This is the essence and art of personal training.
