30 minutes morning sessions is designed to give you that energy boost for a busy week. No equipment or previous experience needed. The small group session will also ensure your training needs are attended.

By coming to this class you confirm you consider yourself healthy, never been diagnosed with heart condition and your doctor never said you should avoid physical activity. You don’t experience any chest pain and you don’t have any issues with blood pressure.
