Get ready for an exhilarating experience at one of the most accessible fitness races in the world. This is your chance to discover everything you need to know to not just compete, but to triumph in the race.
Deadly Dozen Track
This is a classic setup with 12 runs (travels) and 12 stations (labors). The races happen during the spring and summer in the UK, but the idea is catching on so fast that soon we might see them happening all year round, worldwide.
Deadly Dozen Strong
This is a no-run, labor-only version. Basically, you just hit up one station after another for an awesome pump. It’s a great choice if you’re more into lifting in the gym than jogging around the track.
Deadly Dozen Erg
This is another indoor version of the race. You’ve got two choices: you can hit the ergs (ski-erg, row-erg, bike-erg) at the start, halfway through, and at the end, or you can just hop on and off the ergs between stations.
Divisions
Solo: It’s all about you and your experience.
Doubles: You go, I go. You and your partner figure out the game plan together. If it’s a track race, both running at the same time.
Relay: Each person runs 3 times and hits 3 stations. The team chats it out and chooses a strategy.
