Balance and Flexibility is just as important for a fitness routine as strength and cardio exercise. Improving flexibility and reducing tightness can ultimately make your workouts more efficient and safe, and boost your overall performance.

The BalanceFlex Programme is designed to help you improving your balance and flexibility, using a combination of stretching techniques such as yoga, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and Animal Flow.

The sessions will take place on Mondays at 18:00, at The Gym Great Homer Street.

Q: Is there a charge for it?
A: Yes, unlike the free 30 minutes classes run by the gym, the 60 minutes programme is designed for specific training objectives.

Q: How much is it?
A: The drop-in price is £10. There are also two saver bundles available: £30 for 4 sessions or £50 for 8 sessions.

Q: Can I just turn up?
A: You may, however you need to be a member of The Gym Great Homer Street or hold a day pass to enter the premises. (Four free day passes available on the first-come, first served basis)
