Block of 4 sessions to be used in 30 days: £100
Exercises are mat based, body resistance. Mixture of pilates, calisthenics, HIIT, plyometrics and yoga. Sessions are held in compact, private studio.
If you coming first time please book initial free consultation. It’s up to 30 minutes and includes questions about your lifestyles, diet and exercise experience.
If you been to consultation or you had session with me before you can book hour session. Please note I take cash payment or online payments upfront before session.
