Classes on demand

If you find free classes offered by gym not convenience you can choose to have class with me at comfortable day and time for you.

You can train solo or you can book as group to split cost. The price stays same: £15 per session.
Classes are 30 minutes.

    (up to 4 people if group)

    (up to 6 people if group)

  • Blast Body Toning
  • Power Yoga (40 minutes)
  • PNF/Yin Yoga (40 minutes)
  • Pilates (40 minutes)
