Single class is 45min, sometimes up to 55min

What we do…
Loads of fitness activities. You may expect aerobic, hiit, circuits, cross fit, boxercise, yoga, pilates and of course loads of fun.

How much…
5 class pass: £20
Single drop-in: £5

Measurements…
Self declaration. Means I’m not asking to stand on scale front of everyone, but I expect you to upload your measurements every week so I can track your progress. I also highly recommend to take weekly pictures of body.

Diet…
I will be providing individual advice for every participant but we also have whatsapp support group where we share ideas. You may expect a phone call from me every so often with little questionnaire about your diet and nutrition.
