I offer training programs in packages:

  • £100 for 4 sessions (one session a week)
  • £200 for 9 sessions (two sessions a week + 1 extra free session)
  • £300 for 14 sessions (three sessions a week + 2 extra free sessions)
  • or pay as you train at £30 single session

If you not member of The Gym there are many affordable membership options starting at £11pcm.
