I offer a fantastic Personal Training package “Train twice a week” for only £260 per month. It’s a great way to smash your health and fitness goals. You’ll train with me twice a week, and I’ll also encourage you to train independently one to three times a week (depending on your situation and schedule). Don’t worry, I’ll teach you everything and boost your confidence in the gym.
This package includes access to my amazing app, where you’ll find your tailored program, nutrition and meal plans, trackers for food and progress, and you can even chat with me. You can also manage your payments hassle-free. It’s not a contract, and I don’t want to tie you down, so you can easily cancel or suspend your personal training with just one click in the app. Simple and fair, right? 😊
Since it’s a monthly subscription, some months you’ll have 8 sessions, while others you may have 10. It all evens out in the end. You might have more sessions in certain weeks if either of us are on holiday. If there are any financial imbalances, don’t worry, I’ll refund you whatever is needed. And if you’re not satisfied after the first session, I’ll give you your money back without any hassle. I’m driven by results, not money.
I train clients at the state-of-the-art gym in Widnes – TransFit. It’s the old DW, not far from Morrisons. There’s a free car park, and now we even have a coffee van right at the door, which is always a nice treat. If you’re not a member at TransFit yet, you’ll need to pay for access to the gym. I have a few options for you, including discounted rates for my clients.

- Unlimited gym and classes for £40 instead £45
