The Thrive Collective Home program is designed for you to do all the workouts from the comfort of your own home, office, or even a hotel room when you’re on holidays.
There are 4 sessions plus 2 cardio days a week. Everything is laid out in a simple program planner in my app. But don’t worry, you don’t have to do them all every week. Just do what feels best for you and listen to your body. If you link your smartwatch or fitness tracker to the app, I’ll be able to see when and how hard you’re working out.
There’s a prompt for weekly weighing and progress pictures, but if you don’t feel like it, that’s okay too. Please note, I don’t look at your progress pics in the app. This facility is for you to track your progress.
Your nutrition advice is tailored to you in terms of calories and macros, depending on factors like your current weight, your activity levels, and of course, your main goal (loss or gain).
The app is equipped with a nutrition tracking facility. All you need to do is scan or add foods in. I’ll look into it on a weekly basis. However, for those of you who struggle with this, you may receive a set meal plan. If that’s the case – let me know right away.
You may need a set of resistance bands. But you can buy them literally in any shop.

Monthly subscription is £39 (about 47EUR) charged via secured payment system. There is no contract or minimal period you must hold the subscription. You can cancel anytime. If you’re paying in euros, your subscription fee may differ from month to month depending on currency exchange rates.
