When I talk about muscles, I’m not just referring to skeletal muscles such as biceps or glutes, but also the muscles of the heart, diaphragm, and intestines. Your body has muscles throughout, and they play a crucial role in your overall well-being.
Aesthetics
Having an aesthetic goal such as shredding, toning, or building muscle size is an amazing goal because you can visibly see changes to your body, mental health, and confidence. But looks aren’t everything. Have you ever heard the term “look good, move well”? Forget about old-school gym bro methods. I only use science-backed methods to make your journey as efficient, functional, and enjoyable as possible. Not to brag, but my final university paper was on body image issues in sports and exercise, so I’ll ensure that your journey is safe.
Health
When it comes to health, I bring a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping clients overcome obstacles. With my Exercise Referral and BACPR Cardiac Rehab qualifications, I have guided numerous individuals in their recovery from health conditions such as heart problems, cancer, joint replacement, IBD, diabetes, and obesity. I am committed to working with you to develop a long-term strategy that incorporates exercise as a holistic part of your treatment.
Sport-specific
I have a degree in Sports, Coaching, and Fitness and a great interest in sports science and psychology. Whether you are preparing for a Hyrox competition, a netball tournament, or a marathon or simply want to improve your lifting performance, my years of studying and working with various clients can help you. Here’s a bonus—I can assist you in transitioning to a new athletic endeavour, whether you are retiring or want to try a different sport.
Body transformations also fall somewhere in between those three. This approach is really exciting for both clients and myself. There’s no better feeling than seeing a client’s physical and mental improvement.
