PERSONALLY
On a personal note, I’m really into natural bodybuilding and the fascinating science behind it! I love spending hours at the gym and diving into the latest research. I’m also part of WNBF Netherlands. Now and then, I enjoy taking part in hybrid events like Hyrox with friends. Even though I deal with IBD (Ulcerative Colitis/Crohn’s Disease), exercise has been a game changer for managing my condition. Through the IBD Active initiative, I want to inspire others with IBD to tap into the amazing benefits of staying active.
