Hello and welcome to the program! Congratulations on taking the first step towards your fitness journey. I understand that this is a fat loss program, and it may seem daunting at first, but I want you to enjoy the process as much as possible. The key is to use your time wisely, learn as much as you can, and engage with the program to the fullest. It’s okay if it’s challenging; just remember to focus on what you can control, including your emotions towards the program. With a positive attitude, you will find it an easy and enjoyable process.

Few things:

  1. Measuring your progress. Usually, we do it on weekly basis, and all you need to do is update your weight and, if possible, your waist measurement too. However, don’t worry if you’re feeling stressed about it – I totally understand. If you don’t feel like doing it weekly, that’s completely fine.
  2. You don’t have to upload progress pictures if you’re not comfortable with it. No pressure at all! And just to clarify, the pictures are more for you to keep track of your progress rather than for me to look at.
  3. If you are starting a gym-based routine, now is a great time to consider purchasing a membership if you haven’t already.
  4. Your workouts are scheduled for days 1, 3, and 5, and you have cardio sessions on days 2 and 4 each week.
  5. You’ll be receiving your target heart rate for the cardio sessions soon. It’s important to try and stick to it when you do your cardio sessions.
  6. I’ll be assigning your macros to you shortly. But don’t worry too much about it for now because I will be teaching you how to manage them throughout the course of this program. To get started, why not try scanning some of your favorite foods to get into the habit of tracking? It’s a great way to stay on top of your nutrition goals!
  7. Don’t forget to turn on notifications for the app and check out some of the awesome tutorials available. They’ll definitely help you master the app in no time!
