Why is it called fat loss, not weight loss program?
I understand that it may seem a bit blunt, but it’s important to use the correct terminology when discussing our goals. Our aim is to achieve two things:
• Reduce fat tissue
• Preserve lean mass
When you’re trying to lose weight, it’s common to lose both fat and lean tissue. This can happen when you’re on a diet or taking weight loss medication without exercising. However, our goal is to specifically target fat tissue, while keeping our lean mass intact.
Who is it for?
- People with correct BMI (below 25) but their waist to height ratio is above 0.5
- People with a BMI 25-30
- People with BMI 30-35 but with the additional recommendation of considering psychological support or counselling.
- People with a BMI above 35 are more than welcome to join; however, my best recommendation would be to seek medical help so your support is multi-dimensional.
What is the duration of the program?
I know it can be tough to find the time, but ideally, if you can dedicate 5-6 hours a week, that would be amazing! I promise the results will be worth it! Now, I understand that you may be a busy person, but I designed this program to be 12 weeks long so that it’s not too much of a commitment. Of course, if you need to stay beyond that, I’m happy to have you, but my goal is to give you enough knowledge and confidence to go solo after the program.
If you do decide to stick around, we can work towards more specific goals beyond just fat loss. But if fat loss is your main focus, and you feel confident enough to continue your journey after 12 weeks, I’m already so proud of you! And hey, let’s connect on social media! What do I need?
Time! Fat takes time and effort. It’s important to be patient and committed to the process. If you’re feeling a little overwhelmed, take a step back and wait until you’re fully ready to give it your all. Trust me, it’ll save you time and money in the long run.
Curiosity! I love sharing my knowledge and tips with you all, so please use it as much as you need. Think of it as a life skill course that you can use even after 12 weeks. By reading and watching the information I share, your fat loss journey will become much clearer and easier to understand. And the best part? You’ll have these skills to fall back on whenever you need to get back on track with your weight loss goals.
How is it all done?
I have an amazing app that will help you exercise and follow your nutrition guidance. It’s not a meal plan, but a tool that sets goals for your calorie and macro intake, which will help you stay in a deficit. You can scan all of your meals and see the whole picture of your diet, allowing you to track your progress with exercise, weight, and measurements. By linking your smartwatch or fitness tracker, the app will calculate how much you burn versus how much you eat, providing you with a complete overview of your fitness journey.
What else does the program entail?
In addition to your exercise routine (which is about 5 hours a week, either at the gym or at home), we also need to keep track of your nutrition and update your measurements on a weekly basis. I’ll make sure to share all the necessary information with you, and we can even catch up via group video calls during the week. These calls are totally optional, but if you’re interested, I’ll share information with all the details so you can jump on at your convenience.
