My IBD story

In 2012, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and started on a journey to prioritize my health and well-being. Through exercise, I found that my symptoms improved, and I felt much better. This passion led me to the fitness world, and today, I work with people facing various medical conditions (heart attack, stroke, cancer, arthritis). My heart, however, has always been with those suffering from IBD. I want to spread the message that exercise won’t cure you, but it will make your symptoms more bearable, improve your well-being and help you manage the side effects of medication. Give yourself the gift of movement, even if it’s not easy at first. If you need guidance, I’m here for you with my content and coaching services.
